Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your account. When it is turned on, you will be asked for a one-time code - emailed to you - every time you sign in, even if someone else knows your password.

To enable it, your email address must be verified first. Click Enable, enter the code we email you to confirm it works, and 2FA is active. You can turn it off the same way - we email a confirmation code before disabling it.

Download Your Files

The Download your files section gives you every image, document, and deliverable you have uploaded, packaged as ZIP archives. This is your files only - for project details, client contacts, and invoice records, use the account data export in the next step.

Projects download one at a time, each as its own ZIP, rather than as a single enormous archive. A large account can take a long time to transfer, and one dropped connection near the end of a single archive would cost the whole download. Progress is remembered on the device you are using, so if a download fails you can press Resume and continue from where it stopped instead of starting again.

In Chrome and Edge you will be asked once for a folder to save everything into. Other browsers save each archive to your usual downloads folder, and very large projects may need to be downloaded from the project page instead. Keep the tab open until the queue finishes.

Export Your Account Data

Export your account data is the companion to the file download: it gives you the records rather than the files. That means your project details, client names and email addresses, invoice amounts, timeline steps, and the messages exchanged through your client portals.

The export arrives as a single ZIP containing spreadsheet-friendly CSV files you can open in Excel or Google Sheets, a clients.vcf contact file that imports straight into an address book, a PDF of every invoice, and a JSON copy of everything for completeness. Sections you have never used are left out entirely, so an account with no invoices gets no empty invoice files to puzzle over.

The export contains your clients' names and email addresses, so treat the ZIP as confidential and keep it somewhere safe.

Delete Your Account

The Danger Zone at the bottom of the Account Settings page permanently deletes your account. This is irreversible: your projects, uploaded files, assets, invoices, portfolio, client portals, and messages are all removed, and your username is released for someone else to claim. We keep no backup copy you can ask us to restore.

Because it cannot be undone, deletion runs through three deliberate steps:

  • Review - we show you exactly what will be deleted, counted from your actual account, with a link to the export sections above.
  • Tell us why - choose a reason for leaving and add any optional detail. It helps us improve, and it gives you one more moment to reconsider.
  • Confirm with an emailed code - we send an 8-digit code to your registered email address. Entering it completes the deletion.

If you have an active paid subscription you must cancel it first. The delete button stays locked until you do, and the dialog links you straight to the cancellation. This is deliberate: deleting an account without cancelling would leave you being billed for a subscription you can no longer see or manage.

Download anything you need first

Once deletion completes there is nothing left to recover. Use Download your files and Export your account data before you start - both are on the same Account Settings page.
