Portfolio

Go to Portfolio Settings to see all your projects. Toggle the visibility of each project to control what appears on your public portfolio. Only projects marked as public will be visible to visitors.

A public project also needs at least one file that can be previewed in the browser - an image, a video, or a PDF. Visitors to your portfolio can look at your work but never download it, so a project whose files are all things like ZIP archives or design source files has nothing a visitor could actually see, and is left off the portfolio rather than shown as an empty page. If a project you have made public is not appearing, this is almost always why: add an image, video, or PDF to it.

Assets attached as external links do not count towards this, because the file itself lives in your own Drive or Dropbox and cannot be previewed on your portfolio page. To feature a project publicly, upload at least one image, video, or PDF to it directly.

A cover image is optional. Projects without one are shown with a neutral placeholder, so a missing cover never keeps your work off the portfolio.

Pro users can choose from 5 distinct portfolio layouts, each designed to present your work in a unique way. Pick the one that best matches your personal brand and the type of work you do.

Make the portfolio truly yours. Pro users can customize the primary accent color, background, and text colors to match their brand. Choose from quick presets or fine-tune individual colors with the built-in color pickers.

Once you are happy with the setup, hit Save changes button. Your portfolio will be live at freeliopro.com/your-username. You can share this link on social media, in your email signature, or on your business cards.

Your portfolio updates automatically whenever you add new projects or change visibility settings.
